Unfortunately, it is not possible to answer the question without further information. It is possible that the dongle is not compatible with Windows 10, or that the software is not compatible. It is recommended to contact the manufacturer or a technical support team for more information.
To get the Korean font in 5D Embroidery for Windows, you can try installing the Korean language pack on your computer. After that, you should be able to use Korean fonts in the program. Note that the availability of Korean fonts may also depend on the specific version of 5D Embroidery you are using.

By default, you can save the file to PES, but as many users have said, this isn't possible any more if you're pushing the limits with the large embroidery files. I recommend you resize the embroidery to a point where you can save it as PES. To do this, use a 3rd party application like BuzzSize to scale down the file and then you can save it as PES.
You might need to contact the company using the official dealer in your area. Visit the official website and properly identify your location and then ask about the dongle information. It is possible that they forgot about it or you need to pay a small amount of money to receive it.

This isn't a trial application. It means that you don't have the possibility to test drive its functionality before you can purchase it or not. It's released under a commercial licence. You will need to buy it if you plan to use it for your business. More information can be found on the developer's page.

This issue may be related to a configuration setting in the program or a printer driver issue. To fix it, you could try the following steps:
Check the program settings: Ensure that the program is not set to print in black or grayscale only. Look for any options related to printing or text color settings and adjust them as necessary.
Update printer drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. Visit the printer manufacturer's website and download/install any available updates for your printer model.
Test with a different printer: If possible, try printing with a different printer. This will help determine if the issue is specific to your printer or if it persists across different devices.
Contact software support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, reach out to the software's technical support for further assistance. They may be able to provide specific troubleshooting steps or a solution to the problem.
Please note that without more detailed information about the specific software version, printer model, and any error messages, it is difficult to provide an exact solution.
