i follow all instrucions to install but at part of registration of 5di follow also but i can not make the registration
the system say the dongle is not registred . of course is not registed , i am registed this moment also try in the page of 4d registration where said that my 4d dongle is registed and also i can not registed.
what more i can do to registrated the 5d program in my 4d dongle.
this happend why ? if 4d work on windows 10 the 5d also most work because i also have the 5d simple version that work on windows 10 only that version don,t have the modules that allow me to create new files and all of bunch of modules like the 4d suite have and 5d suite also have. Please if someone know what is need to do tell me something
and sorry about my english i am portuguese and my english is what i learn at school, i never had live in country that i need to talk english, because of my little talk of english i know that what i have written must have a bunch of mistakes but i don,t know better. thanks a lot
